• Processing and confirming your activity booking
• Contacting you regarding any questions about your booking
• Ensuring the smooth running of the booked activity

The legal basis for processing is your consent, given when submitting the booking form (Article 19 of the Thai PDPA).

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party. Your information remains strictly confidential and is only accessible to members of the Sharkline Marine team for the purpose of processing your booking.

Your personal data is retained for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of your booking, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you wish to have your data deleted before this period, you may request this at any time (see Section 8).

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Access to your data is limited to those who need it for the purpose of processing your booking.
